Shipping Methods

We ship orders within the Netherlands and to other EU countries using reliable postal and courier services.

Standard shipping is handled by PostNL for Netherlands deliveries and DHL for international EU shipments.

Delivery Times

Netherlands: 2-3 business days from order confirmation

EU Countries: 5-7 business days from order confirmation

Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak periods, processing may take up to 3 business days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before final payment confirmation.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the carrier's website or mobile app.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you need to change your delivery address, contact us immediately at orbit@brainscompetefas.world. Changes may be possible if the order has not yet been dispatched.

Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or if the package is not collected within the carrier's holding period, the package will be returned to us. Additional shipping fees will apply for re-delivery.

International Shipping

We currently ship to all EU member countries. For orders outside the EU, please contact us at orbit@brainscompetefas.world to discuss shipping options.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.
