This Return Policy complies with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and Dutch consumer protection laws (Wet koop op afstand).

Right of Withdrawal

Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by contacting us at orbit@brainscompetefas.world or +31 850 605 565 before the 14-day period expires.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and labels attached. Items must not show signs of use, damage, or wear.

You are responsible for the diminished value of goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us within 14 days of receipt at orbit@brainscompetefas.world
2. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization number
3. Ship the item to: De Waal 2E, 5684 PH Best, Netherlands
4. Include the return authorization number with your shipment

Refund Processing

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item or receiving proof that you have sent the item back, whichever is earlier.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. You will receive the full purchase price, excluding original shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless we have agreed to bear these costs or we have failed to inform you that you must bear them.

If the item is defective, incorrect, or not as described, we will cover all return shipping costs.

Exceptions to Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Custom-made or personalized items
• Items that have been unsealed and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at orbit@brainscompetefas.world. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including all shipping costs, at no expense to you.

Under Dutch law, you have a 2-year warranty period for defects that existed at the time of delivery.
